HUGPONG Booth was opened yesterday at Bacolod Public Plaza, as Masskara celebration started..together with other 10 international volunteer organizations, 5 nationalities. They will showcase not only goods but also to inlcude in the activities were projector presentation, face painting, drum beating and a lot more..
